My friends in the university :D

Hi! Today I’m going to talk about my best experience in this semester.

This semester I learn so much and I have enjoyed it. But the best experience that I've had in this semester is the possibility to know to so much people who are very intelligent and very sympathetic. This has been very pleasant for me because they are very welcoming and the make me fell so happy.  I really like sharing it with my friends I’ve made here.

The friend classmates that I

 get together with are called Rocio, Flo, Caro, Carla, Denny and Elias. In our time together frequently we study and laugh about memotecnia for remember the subject that we need to know topics of all subject that we have. We hope approve all subject and then pass this semester for continue whit the career.

I would like that we friendship should continue in the future because I be so happy whit all things that we do all days in the university. I think that they are so good friends.

Dr. Arnoldo Hernández

Doctor Arnoldo Hernández is an expert of Dentistry more specific of legal Odontology. He has published three jobs of investigations. First publication is called Dimensiones del músculo masetero medido mediante ultrasonido, según sexo, which was published in a scientific journal called “Revista Facultad Odontología Universidad Antioquia” in 2010. The second publication I called “Presencia y distribución de tabiques intrasinusales en el piso del seno maxilar “, which was published in a scientific journal called “Journal of  Morphology” in 2011. The last publication is called “Consideraciones acerca de materias tratadas en Odontología Legal” published in 2011.

The importance nowadays is that he is the coordinator and responsible of curse about Human Anatomy in “Universidad de Chile” for first year students of Dentistry, Medical Technology, Nursing and Nutrition. He does this activity since 2006 to actually and he is my teacher now of human anatomy. He also takes part in ”Sociedad de Odontología Legal y forense” that scientific society is about legal and forensic  term of Dentistry.

I found out about him when he became my teacher of human anatomy because I study dentistry in “Universidad de Chile”.

The coffee in my life

As a child I believed that coffee was aromatic but too bitter to drink. Then I found that if I added too much sugar to coffee, it should taste good. But when I added too much sugar in coffee, this was not delicious. So I gave up and felt that the coffee was not a tasty drink.

 Around fifteen my dad traveled to Brazil and when he returned he brought coffee ground grain. My dad told me to try it because it was something new and originating in another country. Then he also told me that I would know what the taste of real coffee. I thought it was pointless to try the coffee because I didn’t like it. But I tried the coffee from Brazil and I liked it.

Now that I'm in college I can’t help but take at least one coffee a day. Coffee helps me to wake up in the morning and be more attentive in class. So you see it is a suggestion coffee keeps you awake. But it does not taste bad to me now and I like to drink it with honey instead of sugar. Although coffee is not good for health.

Boy to set a trap for vulture

The photo was taken by Kevin Carter in 1993 in Sudán of Sudàfrica. The photo show a boy African with malnutrition an very thin. The boy was called Kong Nyong and had a white necklace.The boy seems died but he alive because he was protected by ONG doctor of the world. I think that this photo is very heavy because show a boy almost too died and it’s very sad looking this image.

When I didn`t know that the boy was survive I think that Kevin Carter was damned. For me this image meaningt the selfishness of humanity and like this made die very much children in around the world. That image was very unpleasant and I fell angry when I saw it.

 But now I know that a boy was protected by ONG and he had a necklace white by evidence. Then the meaning for me of the photo it’s some situations can be illogical if you have a little information and difficult of life.

Gifts for special occasions

In special occasion like san valentine’s day, relationship's anniversary, mother’s day, father´s day or a birthday sometime is dificult choose the best gift.

Now I will talk about the special occasion that for me are more importan because date is more near. Soon will be the mother’s day and for me always the best gift is something with a meaning for my mother and me, for example a breakfast made by me or a card saying all I feel by her, also photographic pictures I think will be very nice for any mom of the world that love her children.

The past mother’s day I did breakfast for my mom and I carried it for her bed with a flower. My mom was very happy because I did a detail with her. I made my mom feel good. Then my father and brother help me with more things for breakfast.

This year I'm going to give to my mom a photographic picture with photos from all family. I hope she like it.

The Tablet

I must confess that I’m not technology lover, but in lately I've noticed that technology is very helpful because I need use very much information for study. Then I use notebook or Tablet for study or to do my works.

The tablet was a gift of my parents to me when I finished my secondary and since then I use it very much. The Tablet is similar to Smartphone, but the difference is that It’s a little more big and isn't using for call often. The Tablet is my favourite piece of technology because I can use it in anywhere. What I like is reading books very long and heavy in a table that weight no more than a kilo. Also I use the Tablet for listening to music, take a photos and play computer games. It’s very comfortable using it. But unfortunately the Tablet work better if you have wifi but, I haven't it. Nevertheless I use it every day because I have my timetable and very much documents for my studies.

Definitely I can imagine a life without the Tablet, but I must recognize that It’s a very good learning tool.
